Supporting local scholarship, this spirit was developed through collaborations with Heriot-Watt University, meaning that when you drink it, you are helping to support academic pursuits! This unique gin is designed to recall the eastern coast of Scotland, found close to Edinburgh. A surprising and exciting selection of shoreline botanicals make up this gin, including bladderwrack, scurvygrass and ground ivy, giving it a salinity and fine minerality. The result is a crisp, dry gin, ideal for mixing into an unusual gin and tonic, or a sharp olive-garnished martini. A real taste of the seaside, and a winner of a string of awards.
